As the Founder of Salt of Hope, a charity organization committed to empowering vulnerable individuals, Isaiah has worked tirelessly to provide education, social care and support to disadvantaged communities. His mission to break the cycle of poverty through education, care, and empowerment. He is committed to see a world where every child, elderly person, and vulnerable individual has access to basic needs, education, and opportunities for a better future. Bringing Light to Vulnerable Communities

Salt of Hope is a non-profit organization committed to transforming lives by addressing some of the most pressing social challenges. Founded by Isaiah Lahai, who experienced the hardships of war and poverty firsthand, the organization is driven by a mission to empower vulnerable individuals, uplift families, and build sustainable solutions for a better future.

Our Core Causes:

  • Free Quality Education for Vulnerable Children –

Through the Aladurah Primary School Project in Sierra Leone, we provide free education, school uniforms, books, writing materials, and monthly teacher salaries, ensuring that underprivileged children have access to a brighter future.

  • Elderly Care Outreaches –

Many elderly individuals, especially those aged 70 to 100 years, struggle without support. Our foundation visits, provides financial aid, food supplies, clothing, and emotional care to ensure they live with dignity and comfort.

  • Vocational Skills Acquisition –

We empower youth with practical skills in carpentry, tailoring, plumbing, interior design, building construction, and more, helping them gain financial independence and escape the cycle of poverty.

  • Children Welfare Programs –

Every three months, we reach out to children in vulnerable communities, providing food, shelter, school fees, and birthday celebrations, ensuring that no child feels forgotten. Salt of Hope believes in sustainable impact, and with the support of donors, volunteers, and partners, we continue to create meaningful change in Africa and beyond.
